By booking an appointment or receiving services from Gloss Boss, you agree to the following

terms and conditions.


APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are recommended to ensure availability. Clients are asked to arrive on time for their scheduled service.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request as much notice as possible. Missed appointments or late cancellations may affect the ability to book future appointments.
HEALTH & SAFETY

For the safety of our clients and staff, please inform your technician of any allergies, infections, injuries, or medical conditions that may affect your service. Gloss Boss reserves the right to refuse or modify services if a condition may pose a health or safety risk.

PAYMENT

Payment is required at the time services are completed. We accept approved payment methods available at the salon.
SATISFACTION

Client satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your service, please get in touch with us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Gloss Boss is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the salon.
